Tom Meighan can't perform a concert sober.
The Kasabian frontman thinks he will eventually quit alcohol, but at the moment can't imagine going on stage without having had a few of his favourite alcoholic beverages.
He said: ''I have a few Jagermeister shots. And I need a vodka and Red Bull, but that's probably the worst thing I could have.
''Would I go on sober? I can't see it now, but probably one day it will happen.''
Tom - who became a father for the first time earlier this year - also revealed he and his bandmates pray together before they go on stage.
He told NME magazine: ''We say a prayer, we put our hands in to say thanks for our health and our children and then it's a Kasabian show - let's go.''
The ambitious singer also has plans for the 'Fire' band to play in space, saying: ''What would be great would be to do some live shows from space. Beam them back from the International Space Station with a satellite link-up and go straight into homes or cinemas.''
However, Tom and his bandmates - Sergio Pizzorno, Chris Edwards, Ian Matthews and Jay Mehler - face competition in their space race, as Muse are also keen to give an performance from outside the earth's atmosphere.
