The 27th MTV Video Music Awards rocked Los Angeles without boundaries as the biggest stars partied until the break of dawn this late Monday morning. But hey? What were they wearing?

Lady Gaga wrote history with 13 nominations and 8 wins among these the prestigious "Video Of The Year" award for her video "Bad Romance" directed by Francis Lawrence. The outstanding video won in 7 categories.
Ladies man Justin Bieber won "Best New Artist" and performed in front of a thousand screaming chicks. It's unclear if they screamed due to his entry (arrived on stage in a red convertible) or if they were rooting for the man himself. We think it's the latter. Check out the performances and backstage area pictures here!
Eminem started it all off with "Not Afraid" and suddenly the track transformed into "Love The Way You Lie" where he was joined by Rihanna. He showed to the world that he's still got it, and walked home with 2 awards for "Best Hip Hop Video" and "Best Male Video".
