American rapper Juice Wrld has died, TMZ reported on Sunday.
According to witnesses, he suffered a seizure at a Chicago airport. He was rushed to hospital, where he later passed away, TMZ writes.
The official cause of death has not yet been determined.
Juice World, real name Jarad Anthony Higgins, was born in Chicago and broke through in 2018 with the mega-hit "Lucid dreams".
After his breakthrough, he collaborated with hip hop stars such as Travis Scott, Future and Young Thug. He has also collaborated with some of the biggest names in pop, including Halsey, Ellie Goulding and BTS.
Since the shocking news broke on Sunday, Chance The Rapper, Drake, Lil Yachty, The Weeknd, and more stars took to social media to mourn their friend and colleague.
